1. Definitions

Service: The software as a service (SaaS) tool provided by Flowtest.ai to automate quality assurance in websites with the help of an AI Agent.
User: Any individual or entity that registers for or uses the Service.
Account: The user account created to access and use the Service.
Content: Any data, information, or material provided, uploaded, or generated by the User through the use of the Service.
Company: UAB Laris lab, the owner and operator of Flowtest.ai.

Users must register an account to access the Service.
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Users must be at least 16 years of age to register and use the Service.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Users must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Users must not engage in any illegal activities, attempt to harm others, or interfere with the operation of Flowtest.ai.
Users are prohibited from uploading harmful content or malicious software.
Users are encouraged to report any product issues or bugs to Flowtest.ai.

Flowtest.ai offers both free and paid subscription plans. Details of these plans are available at pricing page.
Users can choose a subscription plan based on their needs.
Flowtest.ai reserves the right to modify subscription plans and pricing conditions at any time with 14 days notice.
Payments for paid plans are billed in advance according to the chosen billing cycle.
Flowtest.ai does not offer refunds, but users can provide feedback or requests regarding pricing at hello@flowtest.ai.

Flowtest.ai provides automated quality assurance for websites using an AI Agent.
Users must not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
Flowtest.ai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
Users must only test applications for which they have the legal right or explicit consent to test. The use of Flowtest.ai services to test unauthorized applications is strictly prohibited.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, content, and trademarks, are owned by UAB Laris lab.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Users must not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

Flowtest.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User’s account at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting hello@flowtest.ai.

Flowtest.ai is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
Users are solely responsible for any harm caused to third parties through their use of the Service.
Flowtest.ai’s total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in Lithuania.

Flowtest.ai may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Users will be notified of significant changes via email.
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
